BEFORE YOU ENTER

In order to score points at the Gauteng Provincial Series, a rider must:

Be affiliated to a BMX Club in Gauteng.
Hold a valid CSA Membership
Hold a valid CSA Domestic Racing License (for rider's 17 years or older)

If a rider does not have the above in place, they will be required to purchase a Day License of R50 and no series points will be accumulated.

13:00 to 13:30 - Lunch
13:30 - Racing starts - Race 3

Cash is not preferred but will be accepted if no other option is available.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you have not paid by the end of registration (09:30) then you will be removed from the entries without prior notice. It is therefore important that you forward the proof of payment to the race administrator.

IMPORTANT:

All riders must confirm their attendance during registration between 08:30 and 09:30 on the day of the event.
It is the duty of each rider/parent to ensure that the rider is in the correct age category. If a rider has been incorrectly listed on the moto sheets, this must be brought to the attention of the administrator before the start of the competition.
If a rider wilfully races in the wrong class, they will forgeit all points earned for that event.
Except as provided in the combination rules, no rider is permitted to compete outside their age group unless they have obtained permission from the Gauteng BMX Commission.
If you do not have a permanent race number, A R100 deposit will be charged for the use of a day board. The deposit is fully refundable once you return the day board after racing - same day!
Online Entries close on Friday at 14:00.
Full face helmets, gloves and long sleeves are compulsory.
Your safety is important to us and no rider will be allowed on the track without the required safety gear.
Strict COVID-19 protocols will be implemented at all events.
Please keep a distance of at least 1,5 meters.
Anyone entering the facility will be required to wear a mask at all times.
The same applies to riders when not wearing a full face helmet.
Please make use of the sanitizer provided throughout the facility.
